Green juices, smoothies & sun! Now that’s a recipe for a health filled day. ✨
.
Lately I’ve been asked if I’m worried about being pregnant in the midst of this virus. There is a lot of uncertainty right now which is causing fear and anxiety for many, but there is positive right now as well. I firmly believe that taking normal precautions is what anyone should do, but to not give into the fear mongering that comes from MSM. My biggest advice right now is to turn off the news my friends! 🙄 It isn’t promoting positive feelings by any means and our minds really do play such an important role in our overall health.
.
Instead my main focus is keeping myself healthy just like I do on a regular basis. Filling our bodies with proper nutrition right now (and always) is so important and it doesn’t take a pandemic for me to see how truthful that is.
Green juices & smoothies🥤are great ways we can do this, especially with kiddos involved. My little one not only loves drinking smoothies, but he loves to help us make them. We get to teach him about all the healthy ingredients and why they are important to have each day. Smoothies are a staple in our house because it’s such a great way to pack in a lot of great nutrition but seem fun at the same time. This is a big deal when you’ve got picky eaters on your hands. 🙌🏼 #thestruggleisreal
.
Also getting outside as often as possible for sun, fresh air and movement of the body is so important for clarity of mind and to help us stay in a positive state of mind. ✨
Staying healthy isn’t just about washing hands & wearing masks right now. 😷 We can build up our immune systems daily from the comfort of our homes with the things we eat, drink and the products we use in our home.
.
If your day to day nutrition is lacking in some areas, then I highly suggest to supplement with good quality vitamins as a start. Staying healthy can be SO simple, but unfortunately lack of information (or being given the wrong information) can complicate things.
So this is where I highly encourage you individually to research the things you are curious about or don’t know. As they say, “knowledge is power
