Start each day with a grateful heart. 
Those close to me know that i am a big complainer. It is such a bad trait for myself (attracting negative energy)  as well as spoiling days/moods of those who are arround me. I recently started practicing gratitude so that i write 3 things i am greatful for down on a paper first thing in the morning (initally i did it on notes section in phone). It does not matter what it is, it does not have to be something big - important to focus your mind of the feeling and train it to notice and appreciate those things  that are often taken for granted.
