I love to build core strength by doing heavier weighted strength exercises. But when the option isn’t there or I need a change, bodyweight is great. Often harder than they look 😤, and lets be honest : if you challenge yourself to building good form, it’s killer. Try to keep your back pressed into the mat, shoulders off the ground, neck neutral, arms and legs controlled. I know you may hear ‘hips tucked, belly button to the spine’ a lot too.. these ideas can help you use your mind 🧠 to connect to the muscles you’re working as well. And .. breathe.
