So, a couple of people have convinced me to start a YouTube channel, so I decided to give it a go and posted my first video this morning! .

The first thing clients and friends ask me for are Ab workouts, so I decided to start there! When it comes to abs, it’s all about training smart. Different exercises are going to give you different results. ◾️

This is one of my favorite exercises I stole from old school body builders like Arnold to tighten up your waist! No Ab exercise is going to magically get rid of belly fat, but working your transverse abdominis aka your “corset muscle” will help pull everything in as much as possible. The TVA also works to support your lumbar spine, so if you have lower back problems, this exercise could help. ◾️◾️◾️
Lastly, it’s a great exercise for post pregnancy! During pregnancy your TVA has to stretch to make room for your baby and this exercise can help to get that core strength back and get rid of a pooch that can happen when the TVA is weak 😊
