♡ Recipe:
♥ 250g cream cheese
♥ 100g keto white chocolate
♥ 50g keto Milk Choc to coat ♥ 1 tblsp coconut oil melted
♥ 1-2 tblsp vanilla sweetener depending on desired sweetness!
Method:
♥ Melt white chocolate. Add in cream cheese & sweetener. Beat the cream cheese & melted white choc together with electric beaters until fluffy. Place spoonfuls of mix into moulds or on a lined tray. Place in the freezer to chill. Mix melted coconut oil & milk choc together. Dip cheesecake bombs into melted choc. Drizzle with extra white choc. Place in the fridge/freezer to set!
