It’s a Soft brioche bun (not a flakey croissant! ), and inside, there’s a ‘thick-textured’ but not ‘concentrated-flavoured’, hazelnut chocolate cream.
It’s not like Nutella, nor is light/ moussey. It’s more like a chocolate flavoured custard cream, like the inside of a 7-11 or Family Mart (japan/American) custard cone bread. .
Flavourwise, the bread is a standard brioche but on the less sweet side. The chocolate custard is nice and hazelnut-choc flavoured. It’s all fairly standard and factory made. 🥐🍫
