My 1 year surgery anniversary.
1 year ago I was 300 lbs being wheeled into a operating room and truly had no idea what was in store for me !
As hesitant as I was to still post this picture these are the kind of pictures that others posted that gave me hope throughout this process and before . In seeing these kinds of before and afters I was able to tell myself “You don’t have to spend the rest of your life this way.” I hope I am able to impact someone’s life the way some of the people i follow have impacted mine .

Iv said it before, I’ll say it now , and I’ll say it again but your journey is your OWN . It doesn’t matter how you get there as long as you do . I do give weightloss surgery a small credit for my success but in all ➡️ I ⬅️did this ! If you are tired of how you feel , look , any of it due to your weight and just feel stuck and think in a years time that this can’t be you you are wrong !
