This was obvious to me at a very young age for a variety of reasons. The main one being that my family didn’t go to church on Sunday morning like most other families. The majority of my friends went though. To different churches. They all believed the same thing, but not quite so they each had their own building. And then there were the two Jewish kids. They went to church on Saturday and had a different building they went to. They believed in the same god, just not “his son” Jesus. And then the Sikh family moved in. And things got really strange because they had a different god altogether. And all I could wonder was, if there’s a god why isn’t he the same for everyone?
