With constant uncertainty and the perception of threat, our bodies are trying to orient and re-establish just enough safety to again find the ground beneath us.⁣

This can manifest in a wide range of sensations, thoughts, emotions and behaviors. ⁣
.⁣
These past few weeks, I have been feeling the churning of all that is happening both outside and within me. Moments of overwhelm and gratitude and everything in between, often shifting throughout the course of the day. I imagine some of you are feeling this too.⁣

What might it be like to listen to this wisdom? What if it’s an invitation to learn the language of our nervous systems? How might we respond differently if all of this information was held with the understanding that our bodies are trying their best to take care of us?⁣
