Ready for some #quarantinefood ? Today I made my special #scrambledeggs . I try to change up my #proteinsources due to the #fattyacid cholesterol. We have two different types, on the one hand LDL and on the other hand HDL. #meat and #eggs contain cholesterol which makes your blood for a limited time murky. If you have for example a #steak for breakfast and #chickensalad for lunch and for dinner #eggscramble your metabolism is the whole day busy with cleaning your blood and it always stays cloudy. Therefore the cholesterol LDL causes calcification in your blood vessels and the blood stream can be blocked in the future which causes strokes or heart attacks. 
So maybe change up your diet with #fish , which are rich in #omega3fattyacids and beans low in carbohydrates!
