It’s LEG DAAAAAY 🍗 (my favorite day)! I hope everyone is staying well & staying INSIDE during this time!! Obviously go outside for fresh air & whatnot but i see that a lot of ppl aren’t taking this shelter in place very seriously which is concerning. Get educated & don’t pin everything down to a “conspiracy”. We’re all in the same boat, & ignoring what’s suggested to us for our own safety isn’t worth your anarchism. PLUS I WANT THINGS TO GO BACK TO NORMAL & YOU’RE ONLY PREVENTING THAT BY BEING STUBBORN!! 😭 Anyway, rant over... exercise below👇👇
I did between 8 & 20 reps depending on exercise 💙
♦️Sumo deadlifts
♦️Dumbbell single leg thrusts
♦️Dumbbell step ups
♦️Goblet squat
♦️Dumbbell hamstring curl - it’s important to really think about using your hamstrings during this.. if you feel it in your calves you’re probably lifting too heavy!!
