If you don’t have a skipping rope do air squats/ jump/ sprint on the spot- Use a real plate or anything of any weight (just don’t drop it 😋)
The weight will melt off me if I keep cardio’ing 😭 but needed this today 🤸♀️🙏🏼

-Front squat x 10
-Back squat x 10
-Good morning x 10
-Static lunge x 10
- x 4 rounds 🏃♀️
