During these trying times for all of us balancing postponements and cancellations the hardest part has been having to layoff / furlough our loved employees. Some have been with all of us for 10+ years and it has been heartbreaking. I have been thinking about how I can help so I am sharing one thing my company has been doing to remind them all this is temporary. We are sending them their shifts for the closest remaining dates and through the Fall Season. While the present is still scary for everyone, it has helped ease the burden reminding them that their family supporting income will return.
I developed an app called Event Dispatch to efficiently streamline staffing employees for dj & production companies, novelty companies, caterers, decorators, etc. It has allowed us to schedule employees weeks, months and years in advance. I am offering free account setup/integration and no payments until June 1st.
