Lately I’ve been learning that everyone’s way of releasing and expressing how they feel is different, plus everyone’s definition of healthy expression may not look like our own. When taking the time to converse with Self about feelings, I make sure that the first thing I do is to hush self-judgement. Happy writing ✨
