Love your body now and shame on you for wanting to lose weight OR yo-yo diet and starve yourself for the thin ideal. ⁣

It’s either or with no in between ....AND that’s not what I believe in. ⁣

I’m not a fat activist...I’m not an anti diet extremist...I’m also not pro dieting either..⁣

Some may beg to differ that there isn’t a grey area when talking about struggling with food and/or your body and that’s ok. I’m not for everyone. ⁣

I work with clients who want to stop binge eating ..⁣

I work with clients who desire weight loss...⁣

I work with clients who want to feel good in their skin...⁣
