Nowadays in our culture even “anti dieting” is confusing.
We get ✌🏻 Messages:
Love your body now and shame on you for wanting to lose weight OR yo-yo diet and starve yourself for the thin ideal.
It’s either or with no in between ....AND that’s not what I believe in.
I’m not a fat activist...I’m not an anti diet extremist...I’m also not pro dieting either..
Some may beg to differ that there isn’t a grey area when talking about struggling with food and/or your body and that’s ok. I’m not for everyone.
I work with clients who want to stop binge eating ..
I work with clients who desire weight loss...
I work with clients who want to feel good in their skin...
I work with clients who want more energy to play with their children...
I work with clients who want to walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded...
I work with clients who want to feel sexy and confident not only for themselves but for their loved ones as well...
I work with clients who want to stop dieting...
I work with clients who need a bit more structure with their food..
And I’m GAME for it all.
If you want to lose weight, I will not shame you.
If you want to stop bingeing, I will support you.
Whether you’re dieting or bingeing 👉🏼👉🏼you’re living in extremes.
We feel out of control when we diet because it’s a delusion of control AND goes against our biological instinct with food. When we’re on a free for all with food, bingeing and rebelling against dieting, we feel out of control.
Either scenarios don’t equate to FREEDOM.
My freedom comes with some flexible structure, balanced and gentle nutrition while changing my diet 🧠 and mindset toward food.
What does freedom for you look like?
All my love
