50 Minute EMOM
(Home workout)
1st Minute - 30 Air Squats (squat below 90 degrees)
2nd Minute - 20 Hand Release Pushups (lower chest to floor and release hands from contact with the ground)
3rd Minute - 10 Burpees
4th a minute - Plank hold for the entire minute.
5th Minute - Rest
REPEAT X 10
