I took what most likely was my shortest flight to date, 9 minutes. A frontal passage was forecasted, and I wasted time running my mouth chatting at the airport instead of getting in the air to go to my destination. By the time I could get airborne, the front was less than a mile from the airport and I could not outrun it, so I immediately turned around and landed. I still experienced some heavy localized gusts, and you can kind of see the green precipitation blobs on my #foreflight tablet.
