Broccoli is a staple in our house. We love it because it is loaded with fiber, antioxidants, vitamin C, and calcium to make it one of the most nutritious vegetables around. For plant based eaters, it is also a decent source of protein. Best of all, the kids love it and it is so easy to whip up in multiple ways to avoid veggie boredom. ⁣

By sautéing broccoli with some coconut aminos, it mixes up the flavor while making it crispy. Sometimes I will add in shrimp, mushrooms, and bell peppers to make a complete meal, or I just serve this as a quick side. ⁣

INGREDIENTS⁣
⁣
4 cups fresh broccoli, cut into bite size pieces⁣
*I Tablespoon avocado oil⁣
*1 teaspoon minced garlic⁣
*2-3 teaspoons coconut aminos⁣
*salt and pepper to taste⁣
⁣
DIRECTIONS⁣
⁣
1️⃣ In a large pan, heat avocado oil and garlic on medium high heat⁣
⁣
2️⃣ Add broccoli, salt, and pepper, and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until broccoli softens. Stir occasionally⁣
⁣
3️⃣ Add coconut aminos and sauté for another 3-4 minutes, or until desired tenderness ⁣
