Tetelas are tasty triangle-shaped corn masa treats that are stuffed with black beans and cooked on a griddle. I had my first one at 💖Quetzal💖 in Toronto last year and then in Oaxaca, Mexico, in January. They are unique and tasty! I thought I would give it a try with collard green leaves instead of corn masa. Kind of in love and wanna develop this idea a lil more.
