Actually *made* (I.e. got out of bed earlier) enough time this morning to sit down and eat a really good breakfast - my favourite French toast of course!
So today is the first day of lent and I think instead of giving up something why don’t we add more in:
More fruit and vegetables at every meal
More steps each day
More water
More time for mediating, yoga or just taking a few breaths
More reading and learning
More recycling and reusing
More plant based food or more local produce
I think it’s a better attitude to add more of something, then focusing on completing removing it. 💛 #mollybhealthy
