my favorite thing to do on a day off is sleep in, then make a nice big breakfast. today i used my tried and true @allrecipes vegan pancake recipe to make these chocolate chip and walnut pancakes for my sister and I. @shopritestores has accidentally vegan chocolate chips which is great cause i don’t have to spend big $ for speciality vegan ones. I topped mine with @aldiusa’s butter-style spread and @shopritestores brand maple syrup. so good! 🥞 🍫 🧈 🌹
