Another of my favourite brunch places! @theoptimistbarkitchen , Swansea📍 I LOVE this place and shamefully have to admit I visit on an almost weekly basis (whoops!) Here I had the optimist breakfast and a matcha latte and it didn’t disappoint 😋 They have just updated their menu too and have added a build your own pancakes! So may have to return very very soon 👀🥞
