This Valentine’s season I am learning to soften my heart ❤️ and to slip into the spell of the sensuousness of having a body, mind and heart that feels life deeply. As Joseph Campbell once said, “I don’t think people are really searching for the meaning of life. I think they are searching for the sensation of being alive.” That has always been true for me. I have the desire to live deeply, feel deeply and to love deeply. These things make me feel fully alive inside of my life. ❤️🌹
