Well today was interesting. Finished Program B. Swapped renegade push up rows for deficit push us and ring rows. This is my last round- and I’m pretty stoked that I did most of the push ups on my toes 👊🏻⁣

Moved on to this week’s Oly workout. Y overhead squats are a mess- BUT- when I first read the workout I saw it was a snatch into 2 overhead squats. I knew I could do 65lbs on the snatch but was going to pass this up because there was no way I could overhead squat 65lbs. False. I overhead squatted that 65lbs and actually got lower than I thought. BUT I only made it to round 8 before I failed. Finished the next 8 rounds of the EMOM with 3 snatches.
