Some would say this is an unlucky trait to have but I think it makes me one of the lucky ones โจ no hangovers over here! โฃ

Instead of being tempted to fuel my body with (poison) ๐ as a celebration or treat ๐พ โฃ
I like to drink fermented drinks; mostly kombucha as itโs something I can make at home! And the benefit is, fermented drinks are not only delicious, cheap and easy to make, theyโre great for your health too! โฃ

Kombucha is a naturally fermented drink, which through the fermentation process, is full of probiotics ๐โฃ

Probiotics ๐ช๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ณ๐ฐ๐ท๐ฆ ๐ฅ๐ช๐จ๐ฆ๐ด๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ and help create a more ๐ฃ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐จ๐ถ๐ต ๐ฎ๐ช๐ค๐ณ๐ฐ๐ฃ๐ช๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฆ. They are an ๐ข๐ฏ๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐น๐ช๐ฅ๐ข๐ฏ๐ต and theyโre ๐ข๐ฏ๐ต๐ช ๐ช๐ฏ๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ข๐ต๐ฐ๐ณ๐บ! ๐๐ผโฃ

Kombucha is dead easy to make, with only three ingredients ofโฃ
sugar, tea and water. ๐ฆโฃ
Youโll need a large glass jar, or jug, even a vase works โฑ๏ธop shops are great for finding these! โฃ
And a scoby from a friends kombucha, or you can purchase them online. โฃ
โฃ
Once fermented you can add flavours using herbs, fruits and berries for extra tastiness ๐๐๐๐๐ my fave so far is strawberry and basil ๐โฃ

Kombucha makes a fab fizzy drink replacement too and itโs great for kids (who think theyโre getting sugary fizz and theyโre actually getting a health kick!) โบ๏ธโฃ

And in case you were worried, the fermentation process feeds off the sugar- this isnโt a sugary drink ๐ฅฐโฃ
