Good Evening Insta! 
A little about me....My name’s Leanne and I am a proud mum of three wonderful boys, born in 2016, 18 and 19. I’ve been married to my wonderful husband for nearly 7 years and I am an absolute foodie! I love everything I shouldn’t and whilst I am lucky to have not gained masses of weight over my three pregnancies I am over 4 stone heavier than I should be. I am now 34 and had gestational diabetes with two of my pregnancies and whilst it has gone away after birth, I am statistically more likely to get T2 Diabetes. 
I have got to the point where I hate the way I look, I hate getting dressed. I hate going clothes shopping and I hate what I am doing to my body! I need to keep myself fit and healthy for me as well as my boys and obviously set a good example 😊 So, tomorrow I am joining @slimmingworld and I have created this page to help make me accountable for the weight loss as well as seek help and inspiration from anyone else on the plan 👍🏻
Any beginners tips more than welcome, it’s been over 8 years since I last did the plan so I’m sure the diet has had some changes!
