I’ve been working hard the past month gaining my strength back. This photo is a proud moment for me. I’ve been doing Barre for the past month and have gained enough strength to hold these 2lb weights throughout the whole 30 minutes 😅 I love how these workouts always make me feel empowered and confident.
I want to remind you that progress is a slow and steady process. It won’t happen overnight but if you work towards your goals daily, one day you’ll wake up and be exactly where you imagined yourself to be. Consistency is key!
