Working on a corner pole five years ago today. It was a few weeks before my 60th birthday. As of December 2018 my work ended with the telecommunications company.
Life goes on and I need and want structure in my life. I now work with the disabled and elderly as a CNA. It’s a challenging and rewarding position helping folks with their daily activities. A person just needs to find the right facility with the materials and equipment needed to give efficient, quality care.
People “feel” you. Sincerity, patience, good communication skills, safety, prioritizing tasks are hallmarks of caring for a group of people who put their trust in you.
