Today was a hard workout! It was a cold, windy and I underestimated the speed and time of the reps. But at the end, as I was telling my coach @motherrunnermel about hot brutal it was, she just responded with a meme saying ‘But did you die?!’ .
I know it was hard, I know I underestimated it but this all comes with a purpose, to make us stronger! She put that workout in my schedule because she believes I can do it, next time I’ll work even harder to make sure I get those times! .
