Pilates KARMA Class in support of the @pei_hs
Where: Cornwall Town Hall
When: Feb. 13th 4:45-5:45 pm
What: Gentle, beginner, FUN fitness class for everyone of all levels and bodies! Pilates exercises to warm us up followed by Pilates mat exercises for core strength and stretches followed by guided meditation.
Donation at the door $10
100% of proceeds to the PEI Humane Society
(mats on site to borrow or bring your own mat if you prefer)
Pre-registration required as space is limited.
How to pre-register: Email Doris Ward, your Pilates instructor to pre-register telling her you would like to attend the Pilates for PAWS Karma class and she will reserve your spot for you.
