Banh Canh Chay isnt always made the same way but one consistent feature is the udon noodles they can vary in quality but at Quan Chay Sala I have found every Soup to be slightly different. Tofu, peanuts, lemon grass and a massive assortment of veggies this one came with a large fried noodle on top.
