Kale = SHREDDED
Beets = ROASTED
Chicken = ROASTED
Asparagus = BOOM. ROASTED.
(and YES this is a one-sheeter)
Goat cheese = CRUMBLED
Nuts/seeds = PURCHASED (lol, I used sunflower seeds because that’s what I had on hand but this is good with walnuts too)
Balsamic vinaigrette = DRIZZLED
All of the above = TOSSED 🥗
