When you learn to love your body at every stage, nothing can stop you.๐Ÿ™ (Both pictures were taken within seconds of each other.) With a combination of bloating from my โ€œtime of the month,โ€ winter fluff, inflammation from training my abs, and eating out a couple times over the weekend, my leggings definitely hid the bloat I was carrying. ๐Ÿ˜‚โ›„๏ธ When I look on Instagram, most of what I see is fitness models, people who are in the best shape of their lives, and people who are completely dedicated to the gym. What I donโ€™t see is what their lifestyle is, whatโ€™s behind their photoshopped photos, the hardships they may go through, and what it takes to get on stage and compete. I used to want to be that person that had the dedication to get super lean, but for my career choice, time and lifestyle that is not sustainable. I am planning on getting some of this winter fluff off in time for summer, but Iโ€™m not going to kill my body to get to that point. ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ Who else gets super bloated from eating out, or dealing with their monthly cycle?? ๐Ÿ’ญ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ Some things I do to combat that is...take a good probiotic, take turmeric for inflammation, making sure my water intake is adequate, and doing more mobility work rather than cardio which increases stress levels. ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ’ฆ โ€ข
