When you learn to love your body at every stage, nothing can stop you.๐ (Both pictures were taken within seconds of each other.) With a combination of bloating from my โtime of the month,โ winter fluff, inflammation from training my abs, and eating out a couple times over the weekend, my leggings definitely hid the bloat I was carrying. ๐โ๏ธ When I look on Instagram, most of what I see is fitness models, people who are in the best shape of their lives, and people who are completely dedicated to the gym. What I donโt see is what their lifestyle is, whatโs behind their photoshopped photos, the hardships they may go through, and what it takes to get on stage and compete. I used to want to be that person that had the dedication to get super lean, but for my career choice, time and lifestyle that is not sustainable. I am planning on getting some of this winter fluff off in time for summer, but Iโm not going to kill my body to get to that point. ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ Who else gets super bloated from eating out, or dealing with their monthly cycle?? ๐ญ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ Some things I do to combat that is...take a good probiotic, take turmeric for inflammation, making sure my water intake is adequate, and doing more mobility work rather than cardio which increases stress levels. ๐ง๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐ฆ โข
