AND WE ARE BACK👏🏼 Told ya you would see my physical tracker and a loss on Saturday🎉My plan this morning was to weigh in and then go to spin at 9:30! 💪🏼🔥Mind you, I never set an alarm for Saturdays so I’m super pumped that I’ve accomplished so much when usually I’m still in bed😳 If I’m being honest, when I initially weighed in this morning I was kind of disappointed. Scratch that, very disappointed😩My previous weigh in at home on Jan 2 was 182 and this weeks loss is 1.8lbs. I’m also sad to report that I had a not so great experience when I went to weigh in. I haven’t been to a physical studio to weigh in since October and that was brought to my attention THREE times during my interactions at the store. First, the leader called out my ORANGE book when in line saying how they don’t use those anymore and I haven’t been here in a long time😑OKAY COOL. I’m here now so just hook me up with whatever book I need to get back with the program🙆🏻‍♀️Then according to WW scales I’m up 11lbs since October, which I KNEW. It is what it is. I don’t need you to tell me TWICE. I showed the receptionist how I had been weighing in at home and I was thrilled it was almost 2lbs according to Jan 2 weigh in then she was like well it’s 11 on our scales, it doesn’t link to your home scale. 🤦🏻‍♀️YES I KNOW. BUT I’M HERE AND DOWN 1.8. 🎉To add fuel to the fire I left my car keys at the scale and had to GO BACK😩 They put me in such a bad mood, I was going to be 10 minutes late and almost skipped spin but then I remembered that my girl says it’s okay if we are late and I decided that skipping wouldn’t solve a damn thing, I knew Krysten, my spin instructor would put me in a better mood 🚴🏻‍♀️ I also need to be better about using the scale as just ONE metric instead of determining EVERYTHING. 🙌🏼 And 1.8 is still a LOSS, DUH! 🙆🏻‍♀️ I feel less bloated, I’ve worked out every damn day since Monday and I legit tracked EVERYTHING. Super excited I also hit a 7 workout week and have closed 2 rings before 11AM! Little by little, one week at a time, we will get there! 🎉Next week, 170s I am COMIN FOR YOU!!👊🏼 I know these 11lbs will come off in no time and it’s not a race anyways!
