Tea was a chicken casserole with knorr stock pot and gluten free chicken gravy granules (3 Syns as added a lot to thicken the sauce) also made #SlimmingWorld roast potatoes and was soooooo impressed and so easy!! Also free 😉 #backonplan happy Sunday slimmers! .
