Weighed in the morning. Started the challenge at 383lbs, this morning I weighed in at 368lbs. Thats a 15lb loss so far for the 1st week.
I have been 100% on track with my meals, training, and sleep. The biggest improvements to report on so far have been my gut health and my stamina in the gym. Sleeping with a CPAP machine gives me that regenerative sleep that I needed and I wake up alert, refreshed and ready to go again.
Area where I can improve is by consuming about 500 more calories to fuel the machine as my gym output increases.
Now its time to conquer WEEK 2!
