The struggle is real 😩

My child eats his vegetables, but should I give him supplements because he’s too skinny? I went to the gym 4 times this week, but did I push myself on that last set? I am training my team this week, but should I work OT so I don’t fall behind with my work? Etc.

This is a mom thing? Or a woman then? Anyone else struggles with this constant back and forth?!? Asking for me 🥺
