Big, overflowing cheese and snack boards are all the rage. Hosting for the holidays? You can make a board! The difference between today’s look and old school cheese plate is ridiculous over abundance of options and some unconventional add-ons. Think pretzels, cookies, chocolate covered raisins, even candy canes for this Christmas Party board!
Really big platters are best. This is a 2 foot cutting board @johnboosco.
Start with the large hunks of cheese. Make a salami and/or cracker river through the center. Then just keep going, don’t over think it. Fill in all the visible spaces and layer texture and color.
