I promised to always be open and honest, so here it goes. The left was me at my heaviest, 320 pounds, yup 3-2-0. The right was today weighing in at 222. The left was also taken in 2004, 15 years ago. I was an awkward, emo, yes I said emo, teenager who comforted herself with food because food loved her. It took a lot of self love to see the value in myself and to see that I was worth fighting for. I worked hard for my imperfect body, and do I love it? No, not always but do I love myself? Yes! And I will continue to work hard, almost, everyday because Iām worth it. And I say almost everyday because hey, margaritas š¤·š½āāļø #transformationtuesday
