💡Le tirage des bois consiste à enlever les sarments qui ont été coupés pendant la taille. Et ce manuellement et avec un maximum de précaution pour ne pas endommager la vigne.
Un sécateur permet éventuellement de couper et éliminer un bois sans avoir à tirer violemment déçu. Une fois retirés, les sarments sont déposés au sol pour être ensuite broyés mécaniquement.
Elle permet de rendre à la terre ce qu’elle a produit. En pleine dormance de la vigne, cette étape contribue à la continuité de son cycle de vie.

💡The drawing of the wood consists in removing the branches that were cut during the pruning. And this manually and with maximum care not to damage the vine. A pruning shear can possibly cut and remove wood without having to shoot violently disappointed. Once removed, the shoots are placed on the ground and then mechanically crushed.
