There was a point in my life where sliding off a boat into the unknown of the pelagic would have terrified me, being able to see nothing but light rays and blue in every direction. In reality, it’s kind of a desert out there, and you’re lucky to run into a large animal. This day, we considered ourselves very lucky 💙
