Other Half — HDHC The Dreamiest. DIPA. ABV: 7.8%.
This is the first I’ve had of OH’s “High Density Hop Charge” beers, apparently named for the, well, high density hop additions. Having not had the original, it’s hard to say much about the technique. What I can say is that this is that it is intense and delicious. Thick and luscious body that’s not too heavy on the tongue, juicy hops and a pop of bitterness that dissolves and almost numbs your mouth like pineapple. .
