Wednesday Truth Bombs 💣. Because the barriers we put up ourselves are the hardest ones to break through. Fear is one of the hardest, if not THE hardest, journeys our souls will go through on this planet. Fear is a powerful force on this planet and can be used for great change or remaining stagnant. If you’re scared or nervous, that’s okay, it just means you’re standing in the presence of your true potential and you’re standing amongst some of the bravest people on the planet.

Now don’t get me wrong, I still have fears. I still have those thoughts that run through my head that I’m not good enough, strong enough, brave enough, smart enough, etc. but they only come up when I’m about to invest in my future and/or experience a life change. So if you’re facing something today that scares the living daylights out of you - it’s okay. You are not alone. Instead of running away from it, sit in your thoughts and feelings. Ask yourself why are you scared, worried, etc. and get to the root issue of the problem. You might be shocked at what is truly holding you back ✨.
