We tried Novo Brewing Co at the Otay Ranch Mall. The atmosphere is great - very open with vibrant artwork throughout. The food was yummy although, with a soft open it wasn’t much of a menu. The beer was good, but the menu is more for the IPA drinkers. I think ill have to give it a try again when it settles to have a fair review.
