Yesterday was probably the best day of my entire life. My best friend @courtneygingey gave birth to Ophelia Siân Miller. I’d say excuse my face but on very little sleep and a day of trying to be the best birthing partner I could be, I don’t really care. I don’t know how people who witness birth don’t talk about it constantly because it was the most overwhelming experience I’ve ever had. I’m so so proud of Courtney for doing this naturally (!!!), despite her repeatedly saying she couldn’t. You did the damn thing. Born at 15:06 weighing a strong 8lb 3oz. She is so loved and she is going the be so badass. 😭
