Pretty much the only decent shot I got of the desserts I brought over to @shoplillianwelch tonight for our lets meet up and eat cake and chat! We had such an amazing turn out. Thank you to everyone that made the drive out - it meant the world to me! And it was so fun connecting and seeing you in the real world 😆❤️ on the menu- an epic charcuterie board by @tilsonandco - cocktails with champagne provided by @brookielynnsbungalow and several desserts- chocolate pecan tarts, roasted strawberry curd tarts and a lemon cake 🍰 - the one in the photo is a lemon curd and roasted strawberry curd swirled together and topped with Italian meringue- YESSSS!!! We met in the most beautiful shop run owned by Anne Marie that is a gorgeous collection of homeware goods and pretty much how I want Francois and I’s home to look. Omgggg the temptations!!! If you have some holiday shopping to do... @shoplillianwelch ... ! ❤️❤️❤️ now back to friend visits and family time - and THANKSGIVING!!! But seriously, let the plotting begin for my next visit to Dallas in May/June 2020!
