Growing up in #brooklyn exposed me to different #religions and #cultures so... having both #jewish and #muslim friends was normal. In fact, my first #boycrush was Jewish and his first girlfriend was Muslim 🤷🏾♂️ so quite the triangle we were. When I #cameout to my friend, he confided in me that not only was he dating outside of his religion but that they both would eat #bacon on the #downlow which helped me realize that everyone has something they feel compelled to hide and that I should thank #god for allowing me to be born into a #religion that did not prevent me from eating bacon.
