Three years ago I went on an epic little California road trip with my then 4 year old son. We spent two weeks in a 71 VW campervan exploring the coast and the desert and had an amazing time. He was just the best travel buddy and showed me the area that I had visited many times before through his eyes. I will never forget these days. Now tomorrow, I will go on a similar journey. This time with his little sister who is now the same age as he was then. And I am very curious how she will guide me to new adventures.
