“My worth ...”
I’ve been asked a lot a recently, “What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned since your break-up?”
Honestly, I haven’t responded because I didn’t really know what to or how to respond to that question.

But these past few days the phrase “my worth” has been sticking in my head.

And then I asked myself, “What is my worth?” because I’ve never actually sat down and thought about it.

But now, to me, worth is finding self-love first and truly knowing who you are as an individual and realizing how rare you are;
knowing how much you have to offer: the love you can share, the happiness you can inspire, and the peace you can bring;
and also knowing how you want to be treated in every relationship you have - friend, family, or romantic.

Know your worth ✨

When someone treats you like you’re just one of many options, help them narrow their choice by removing yourself from the equation.

Sometimes you have to try not to care, no matter how much you do. Because sometimes you can mean nothing to someone who means so much to you. It’s not pride, it’s self-respect.

Don’t expect to see positive changes in your life if you surround yourself with negative people. Don’t give part-time people a full-time position in your life.

Know your value, and never settle for anything less than what you deserve 💛
