1. DONβT KEEP CRAP & PROCESSED FOODS IN YOUR HOUSE - to eliminate the convenience to just fuel your emotions and cravings! If you buy it... youβll eat it! ππΌββοΈ So KEEP THE CRAP OUT!
2. MEAL PLAN & PREP - to save time & money, plus make it convenient and help you stay on track daily!β°π°
3. PORTION CONTROL IS KEY - eat all the food groups in the proper portions and make sure to get in your superfoods daily, so you are always fully satisfied and your body has the nutrients it needs! β€οΈπ§‘ππππ
4. MAKE SMART CHOICES WHEN EATING OUT/ TRAVELING - eating out at restaurants isnβt bad, you just have to make sure to stay clear of oversized portions, creamy fatty meals and stick with nutrient rich meals that will actually fuel your body instead of making you feel icky! ππΌββοΈ
5. BE AWARE OF WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE ACTUALLY GOING INTO YOUR BODY - be aware of the ingredients in the foods your eating and stick with whole grain natural ingredients, to truly help you get the results! πππΌ
