2. MEAL PLAN & PREP - to save time & money, plus make it convenient and help you stay on track daily!β°πŸ’°
3. PORTION CONTROL IS KEY - eat all the food groups in the proper portions and make sure to get in your superfoods daily, so you are always fully satisfied and your body has the nutrients it needs! β€οΈπŸ§‘πŸ’›πŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ’œ
